Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a room or utilizing services at Hotel Sonar Bangla Puri.
1 Booking and Reservation Policy
- To secure a room, the guest must make a **non-refundable deposit** equivalent to a fixed percentage of the total cost.
- All reservations are subject to **room availability** at the time of booking.
- Hotel Management reserves the right to **change prices** without prior notice.
2 Payment Policy
- The **full remaining balance** of the booking amount must be settled at the time of check-in.
- We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and UPI payments.
- The hotel may perform a **pre-authorization** on the credit card prior to check-in.
3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If cancellation is notified **7 days prior to the check-in date**, a portion of the advance amount may be refunded (after deducting administrative charges).
- Cancellations made **less than 7 days** before check-in or a **No-Show** will result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit.
- The refund process may take **7–14 working days** to complete.
4 Check-in and Check-out Timings
- **Standard Check-in Time:** 1:00 PM (13:00 Hrs).
- **Standard Check-out Time:** 11:00 AM (11:00 Hrs).
- Early check-in or late check-out is **subject to availability** upon request and may incur an **additional fee**.
5 Guest Conduct and Property Damage
- All guests are expected to **maintain silence** and respect other guests during their stay.
- Guests will be **liable for any damage** caused to the rooms or hotel property and will be charged accordingly.
- **Illegal activities** are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
Hotel Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of violation of these Terms & Conditions.
